I’m Ashlee Stapleton - founder, lead planner, and the calm presence behind Ashlee Stapleton Events. I live in the Chicagoland area with my husband (together 15 years, married for 5) and our two dogs…who we’re completely obsessed with.
I started this business because I love planning, especially for people who don’t. After navigating my own COVID-era wedding and feeling the weight of plans that didn’t go as envisioned, I realized how deeply meaningful it is to protect the entire planning experience for others. What started with hosting celebrations for friends and family turned into a calling and eventually, a full-time business.
With 8 years of project management experience and a heart for thoughtful, people-first event design, I’m here to handle the details so you can actually enjoy this season.
